Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES 

 

  • If for any reason you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return/exchange it; contact me within 3 days of receiving your item(s). 
  • After you've contacted me, return your item(s), with tracking, within 7 days of delivery to:  P.O. Box 1136, Lake Oswego, OR 97034.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, these costs are non-refundable.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in unused condition.
  • Custom Items are exempt from being returned.

 

REFUNDS 

  • Once your return is received and found to be in unused condition, a full refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Please allow at least 2-3 business days for your refund to appear on your bank or credit account.  

 

LOST PACKAGES

  • If a package is lost, please message me. For domestic parcels, 3 weeks must pass before I will send out a replacement or issue a refund. For international shipments, 8 weeks must pass before I will send out a replacement or issue a refund.

    If a parcel is marked "delivered," a refund will not be issued.
