Shipping and Returns Policy
- Purchases are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.
- Domestic packages are sent via USPS. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
- International packages are sent via First Class International Mail which does NOT include insurance. If you would like to add this service, please message me. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Custom Items are exempt from being returned.
- To complete your return, you must send your item(s) back, with tracking, within 14 days of delivery.
- To return your product, send it back to: PO Box 1136, Lake Oswego, OR, 97035, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I've received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I only exchange undamaged, unused items. If you'd like to exchange your item, send me an email at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery.
